§ 6-199. Pet limit; exception.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any person to own, keep, maintain, possess, harbor or care for, or permit a combination of more than three domestic, dogs or cats on any property within the city zoned for residential use.

Ord. No. 15-11, § 7, adopted November 2, 2015, repealed the former § 6-199, and enacted a new § 6-199 as set out herein. The former § 6-199 pertained to similar subject matter and derived from the Code of 1985, § 6-9-5(10).
