§ 58-44. External vehicle immobilization device (boot).

It shall be unlawful for any person, business or entity of any nature except for the city as authorized by the model traffic code, as adopted by the city, to place any external vehicle immobilization device (boot) upon any motor vehicle located upon any public or private street within the city.
