§ 58-43. Commercial zones.

(a)

No truck, van or trailer in excess of one-ton carrying capacity or truck tractor or bus shall park on any unpaved lot in the C-1 zoning district.

(b)

No truck, van or trailer in excess of one-ton carrying capacity or truck tractor or bus shall park on any lot in the C-1 zoning district if such lot does not have a curb cut constructed in accordance with city specifications. A combination of curb, gutter and sidewalk is not considered a curb cut.
