§ 10-108. Vacant or abandoned buildings.

(a)

Vacant or abandoned buildings shall be secured to prevent unauthorized entry.

(b)

Exterior building maintenance and site or lot maintenance of abandoned or vacant buildings shall be the same as required for occupied buildings.

(c)

Vacant or abandoned buildings and properties shall be maintained free of accumulations of combustible or hazardous material.
