§ 70-412. Permitted density in P-1 district.

The permitted density in the P-1 district is as follows:
(1)

Maximum height of structures, 80 feet;

(2)

Minimum setback from each property line, 75 feet.

(3)

No more than 25 percent of total park area may be used for parking and structures excluding trailways, bridges, retaining walls, dams and ponds.
