§ 70-436. Uses permitted in PUD planned unit development district.

Latest version.

Any use allowed in any other district within the city shall be permitted within the PUD planned unit development district if:
(1)

The city council determines that such use is compatible with surrounding land uses;

(2)

The capacities of the natural and man-made systems of the city, and particularly of the site itself, are adequate to permit such use without harm to the public health, safety and welfare; and

(3)

The use is reflected on a PUD plan, approved by the city council.
