It shall be unlawful for any person to own, keep, maintain, possess, harbor or care
for, or permit any livestock or fowl, which includes but is not limited to, horses,
mules, donkeys, burros, cattle, sheep, goats, roosters, geese, ducks, pigeons, peafowl,
turkeys or swine on any property within the city except as expressly permitted by
the city's zoning regulations.
