§ 62-77.3. Inactive tap.

A tap for property to which sewer service has previously been authorized and such service(s) actually established but then terminated for any reason such that payment of monthly service charges has ceased for three consecutive months shall be considered an "inactive tap." Inactive taps must be reactivated to restore service. Inactive taps may be reactivated upon payment of all service charges that were unpaid during the period that such tap is inactive, or payment of the then current tap fee, whichever is less.
