§ 62-29. Water rates.

The owner or occupant of each property served by the city's water system shall pay the following monthly water service charges for water purchased:
(1)

Residential users: All residential users, including mobile home parks, shall pay a rate predicated on per thousand gallons of water used as prescribed by resolution in accordance with section 1-16.

(2)

Commercial/industrial: All commercial and industrial users, except "commercial-recreation" users, shall pay a rate predicated on per thousand gallons for water used as prescribed by resolution in accordance with section 1-16.

(3)

Commercial-recreational users: All commercial-recreational users shall pay a rate predicated on per thousand gallons of water used as prescribed by resolution in accordance with section 1-16. The term "Commercial-recreational" users shall be defined as those non-residential users whose primary use of such water is to facilitate water-related recreational activities.
