§ 58-121. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Standards and specifications shall mean the City of Federal Heights' Standards and Specifications for Design and Construction of Public Improvements as adopted by resolution of city council and including all amendments and addendums thereto.

Traffic calming devices means roadway design measures which include but are not limited to speed bumps, speed humps, narrowing of roadways, construction of traffic islands, medians and other barriers and landscaping for the purpose of controlling the speed and movement of vehicles.
