§ 58-101. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

City manager means the city manager or designated representative.

Police chief means the chief of police or designated representative.   

Public works director means the public works director or designated representative.

Snow route means a street which has been designated a snow route by the public works director and which has been posted with a snow route sign.

Street means the entire width between the boundary lines of every publicly maintained right-of-way open to the use of the public for the purposes of vehicular travel.
