§ 58-1. Adoption.

The Model Traffic Code for Colorado, 2010 Edition, promulgated and published by the Colorado Department of Transportation, Safety and Traffic Engineering Branch, 4201 East Arkansas Avenue, EP 700, Denver, Colorado, 80222, including all Appendices, but excluding in its entirety Part 18, Vehicles Abandoned on Public Property, is hereby adopted by reference as the Model Traffic Code for the City of Federal Heights as is fully set out in this codification with, however, the amendments set forth in this article.
