§ 50-80. Fees.

Each application for approval of a subdivision pursuant to this division shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable application fee, the amount of such application fee being as prescribed in accordance with section 1-16. Such application fee is intended to defray the cost to the city of processing the application and is in addition to any other fees, costs, or charges as may be incurred as a result of the subdivision.
