§ 46-155. Installation ceremony.

The roadside memorial permittee may conduct a brief installation ceremony at the time of installation of a roadside memorial under the following conditions:
(1)

The installation ceremony shall occur between the hours stated in the permit and in any event only between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.

(2)

The installation ceremony shall last no longer than one hour.

(3)

The installation ceremony shall not interfere with or disrupt traffic, business or other activities that normally occur at the location.

(4)

Such other conditions as the city manager may prescribe.
