§ 46-153. Responsibility for installation and maintenance.

(a)

Installation. Installation of a roadside memorial shall be performed by city public works department personnel or such other persons as the city manager or the manager's designee may designate from time to time.

(b)

Maintenance. The roadside memorial permittee shall be responsible for replacing, restoring and maintaining the roadside memorial as provided by the city manager or the manager's designee as a condition of permit issuance or renewal.
