§ 46-151. Defined.

Roadside memorial means any memorial the purpose of which is to memorialize the death of a person that occurred in a fatal vehicular accident on any street within the boundaries of the city, except roadside memorial shall not mean a memorial installed on Highway 287, also known as Federal Boulevard. A roadside memorial installed pursuant to and in compliance with the provisions of this article is not a sign.
