§ 38-85. Patronizing a prostitute.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to patronize a prostitute. Any person who performs any of the following patronizes a prostitute:

(1)

Engages in an act of sexual intercourse, fellatio, cunnilingus, masturbation or anal intercourse with a prostitute; or

(2)

Enters or remains in a place of prostitution with the intent to engage in an act of sexual intercourse, fellatio, cunnilingus, masturbation or anal intercourse with a prostitute.
