§ 30-232.1. Indemnification.

The applicant shall be insured or bonded in accordance with the city's permit criteria to protect and indemnify the city against liability for contractor nonperformance or noncompliance with the approved plans and criteria for a minimum of one year after the disturbed area has been adequately stabilized in conformance with the approved erosion and sediment control plan or stormwater management plan.
