§ 2-508. Methods of source selection.

All procurements subject to the terms of this article shall be awarded by competitive sealed bidding pursuant to section 2-509, except as provided in:
(1)

Section 2-510 concerning awards by competitive sealed proposals; and

(2)

Section 2-512 concerning exemptions to the use of competitive bids or proposals.
