§ 2-504. Authority and duties of purchasing agent.

(a)

The purchasing agent shall serve as the public purchasing official for the city, and shall be responsible for the procurement of all materials, services, professional services and construction for the city, which are governed by the terms of this article.

(b)

Unless otherwise provided in this article, the purchasing agent may establish procedures consistent with this article.
