§ 2-502. Purchasing policy.

The purchasing policy of the city shall be established by resolution of city council.

Ord. No. 14-02, § 1, adopted February 18, 2014, repealed the former § 2-502, and enacted a new § 2-502 as set out herein. The former § 2-502 pertained to procurement application and derived from Ord. No. 04-10, adopted August 17, 2004.
