§ 2-266. Release of confidential information prohibited.

Councilors shall not use any confidential information in furtherance of any personal or financial interest, or the personal or financial interest of any other person, unless such information is obtainable by the public at large, nor shall any councilor disclose to third parties any confidential information, unless authorized to do so by a vote of two-thirds or more of the entire council.
