§ 2-113. Entry upon adjacent property.

  • Any firefighter acting under direction of the chief or other authorized personnel may enter upon any premises adjacent to or in the vicinity of any building or property that is on fire for the purpose of extinguishing such fire. It shall be unlawful for any person to hinder, resist or obstruct any firefighter in the performance of any duty described in this section.
