§ 22-35. Transcription costs.

In the event any defendant requests a transcript of any proceedings of the municipal court, the clerk of the court shall make arrangements for having the transcript prepared and the defendant shall pay for all costs incurred for the preparation of the transcript and the court may require a deposit in an amount it deems appropriate to ensure the city recovers its costs incurred in preparation of the transcript.
