§ 22-23. Initiation of prosecutions.

The initiation of prosecutions in the municipal court, including the issuance of summonses and complaints, shall be in accordance with the Colorado Municipal Court Rules of Procedure. A summons and complaint may be issued as provided in Rule 206, and the word "issued" shall be defined as preparation and service by a peace officer.
