§ 22-19. Oath of municipal judge.

Before entering upon the duties of his office, the municipal judge shall take and subscribe before some person authorized to administer oaths and file with the city council of the city an oath or affirmation that he will support the Constitution of the United States, and of the state, and the ordinances of the city, and will faithfully perform the duties of his office.
