§ 14-603. Relationship to other laws.

Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, this article incorporates the requirements and procedures set forth in the Colorado Retail Marijuana Code and its rules. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this article and the provisions of the Colorado Retail Marijuana Code, including its rules, or any other applicable state or local law, the more restrictive provision shall control.
