§ 14-290. Records of treatment.

Every person operating a massage parlor or establishment under a license shall keep a record of the date and hour of each treatment, the name and address of the patron, and the name of the employee administering such treatment. The record shall be open to inspection by city officials charged with the enforcement of this article. Said records shall be maintained for a period of two years.
