§ 14-282. Persons prohibited as licensees.
No license provided by this article shall be issued to or held by:
(1)
A corporation, any of whose officers, directors or stockholders holding ten percent of the outstanding initial capital stock are not of good moral character;
(2)
A partnership, association, joint venture, private club or company whose officers, or members holding ten percent interest are not of good moral character;
(3)
A person employing, assisted by, or financed by a person who is not of good moral character;
(4)
A police officer, or prosecuting officer, or a city inspector or employee; or
(5)
A person unsatisfactory to the city council in respect to the person's character, record or reputation.
