§ 14-277. Application for license and fee.

(a)

A person seeking a license to operate a massage parlor shall make application to the city clerk and pay a nonrefundable application fee. The fee shall be as prescribed by resolution of city council in accordance with section 1-16 of the Code.

(b)

For each renewal of license, the applicant shall pay a nonrefundable renewal fee to the city. The fee shall be as prescribed by resolution of city council in accordance with section 1-16 of the Code.

(c)

Each applicant receiving a license shall pay an annual license fee to the city in an amount prescribed by resolution of city council in accordance with section 1-16 of the Code.
