§ 10-21. Amendments to the International Mechanical Code (IMC) adopted.

The following amendment to the International Mechanical Code adopted in section 10-16 is hereby adopted:
Section 903.1, Factory-built Fireplaces, is amended by addition of the following: Factory-built fireplaces shall conform to the requirements of article IV of chapter 10 of the Code.
